Every client has different objectives, style and challenges. This will be an experience TAILORED for YOU. If you are engaged in COACHING services, the amount of sessions will vary.

Your coach will constantly challenge you to find what is best for you and your assumptions and self-limiting beliefs of yourself.
​When working together, the coach would help you to EXPLORE yourself first, by asking questions that you might not have asked yourself before, or have not had the time to think within a framework. Coach's job is to provide you a guideline to explore in a more efficient and deeper way.

You would then use the time together to brainstorm alternatives and possibilities. In a coaching engagement, the coach has no other agenda than to help you find what is best for you and help you to reach that goal. Therefore, the coach is an excellent support for you to get clarity on the alternatives and VISION about what is best for you.

Once we have a vision, we would focus on how to REALIZE your vision and create a strategy and action plan to help you move forward with your transition. We will help you keep on track with your progress and work with you so that you can achieve your dreams as efficiently and quickly as possible.
​
Scientifically, and from experience, it requires minimum 4-6 sessions for a coaching relationship to move from Explore steps for your Vision to be Realized.
